<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Neskutočné ako ten čas letí. Už je tu (konečne) piatok a ja pre zachovanie tradície pridávam dnes recept na koláč. <b>Rebarborový</b>. Z detstva si dobre pamätám na rebarborový kompót, ktorý nám mama robievala každý rok, keď bola rebarbora v sezóne. Milovala som tú sladko-kyslú chuť, dokonca môžem povedať, že bol mojim najobľúbenejším. Teraz, keď mám deti a zoženiem rebarboru, okrem kompótu im upečiem aj koláč. Napríklad tento voňavý s posýpkou. Recept je veľmi jednoduchý, nenáročný na suroviny, tak ak sa vám podarí zohnať ešte rebarboru, skúste ho cez víkend deťom upiecť. Možno to bude práve ten koláč, ktorý im na dlho utkvie v pamäti a v dospelosti im bude pripomínať detstvo.</span></div>

Vymiešame cesto, ktoré nalejeme na plech vytretý maslom /alebo použijeme papier na pečenie/. Na vrch naukladáme nakrájanú rebarboru a na vrch ešte dáme posýpku, ktorú si pripravíme zmiešaním múky, cukru a masla. Pečieme pri 160°C asi 40-45 minút<b>. </b></span></div>

Tiež máte pocit, že mäso konzumujete viac ako je zdravé? Zaviedla som doma pár nových receptov, v ktorých sa bez mäsa zaobídu aj moji mäsožravci. Vždy keď nájdem nejaký zeleninový recept a ktorý chutí aj mojim deťom mám neskutočnú radosť. Jedným takým receptom je aj paradajková zmes na špagety s červenou šošovicou, ktorú si veľmi obľúbili. </span></div>

Jej príprava je jednoduchá, na rozdiel ostatných strukovín ju netreba namáčať a uvarená je za 10 minút. </span></span></div>

Necháme prevrieť a primiešame paradajky, cesnak a bylinky. Po desiatich minutách pridáme prepláchnutú červenú šošovicu a spolu ešte dusíme aspoň 10 minút. Na záver ešte dochutíme podľa potreby soľou, alebo pridáme čili. </span></div>

Tentokrát to bude raňajkový koláčik z ovsených vločiek. Je to presne ten typ koláča, ktorý môžem upiecť kedykoľvek a zo surovín, ktoré mám vždy doma. Chuťou mi koláčiky pripomínajú anglické scones a pokiaľ máte radi sladké raňajky, tak tento recept bude pre vás. Je to taký kompromis medzi kašou z ovsených vločiek a sladkého raňajkového pečiva. Ideálne podávané s kávou, alebo s čajom s mliekom, či samotným mliekom.</span></div>

Po 15 minútach k vločkám pridáme múku, prášok do peč., cukor, maslo, štipku soli aa pomarančovú šťavu. Cesto zamiešame a vylejeme na plech vystlaný papierom na pečenie. Dáme piecť na 30 minút. Ak je aj stred upečený /test špajlou/, koláč vyberieme a vychladený krájame na malé kúsky.</span></b></div>

<span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace;">Občas treba vypnúť, vziať si voľno v práci, zastaviť sa v kníhkupectve, kúpiť si niečo pekné na seba, objaviť antikvariát, dať si dobrú kávu a k tomu koláčik, a v rámci prechádzky po meste natrafiť na dobrú reštauráciu. Naposledy to bola <b>VEGGIE</b> reštaurácia na obchodnej ulici. Rozhodli sme sa, že veggie bistro vyskúšame, aj napriek tomu, že nie sme vegetariáni, ale zeleninové jedlá milujeme. Veľmi sa nám páčil prístup a filozofia, ktorú táto reštaurácia propaguje. Zdravé zeleninové jedlá, sezónne recepty, kvalitné suroviny od lokálnych dodávateľov, priateľskú atmosféru, to všetko ponúkajú v tomto malom a útulnom bistre.</span></div>

<span style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace;">Dnes vám chcem predstaviť síce nenápadného, ale zato užitočného pomocníka, ktorého využijete na prípravu šalátov, šalátovú odstredivku. Možno si poviete, že aká zbytočnosť, ale verte mi je to skvelá vecička. Nemám totiž rada, keď si umyjem šalát a neviem ho potom usušiť. Šalát je celý premočený, zálievka sa zriedi a celý vzhľad sa len pokazí. Práve tomu sa vyhnete použitím odstredivky. </span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace;">Odstredivka sa skladá z misky, sitka a vrchnáku. V sitku si šalát umyjete, sitko so šalátom vložíte do misky, zavriete a točíte /mimochodom veľká zábava pre decká/. Kúpite ju napr. v <b>IKEA za 3,49 €</b>.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Najprv si uvaríme ryžu: šálku ryže si premyjeme vodou, dáme do hrnca, zalejeme vodou /2 šálky/, osolíme a dáme neprikryté variť. Keď voda začne vrieť, stiahneme plameň na minimum, prikryjeme pokrievkou a varíme asi 15-20 min. pokiaľ sa všetka voda nevsiakne do ryže a ryža bude mäkká.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Na panvici si zohrejeme asi 1/2 Pl oleja a pridáme kari a miešame, prisypeme umytý a nakrájaný pór, osolíme a chvíľočku pomaly opekáme / pokiaľ použijeme mrazenú kukuricu opekáme ju spolu s pórom/, pridáme kukuricu a ryžu a spolu ešte premiešame a asi 5 minút opekáme.</span></div>

Recept na obrátený banánový koláč som našla v Marianne, ale trošku som si ho upravila a vznikol mi výborný, sladký a šťavnatý koláčik. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Rúru si predhrejeme na 180°C a formu si vymastíme maslom. Banány si prekrojíme pozdĺžne, a tie ešte priečne na polovicu a poukladáme ich do vymastenej formy a posypeme ich cukrom a škoricou.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Vo veľkej nádobe si vymiešame vajcia s cukrom, pridáme mlieko, múku, zmäknuté maslo, jogurt, kypriaci prášok, soľ a vymiešame hladké cesto. Cesto navrstvíme do formy na banány a zarovnáme. Dáme piecť na 35 min. Po upečení, pokiaľ je aj stred prepečený, /malý test so špajlou/ necháme trochu vychladiť a vyklopíme z formy. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Zapneme si rúru a vyhrejeme ju na 200°C. </span><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Na panvicu si dáme trochu oleja, pridáme nastrúhané zemiaky, posolíme ich a za stáleho miešania pomaly opekáme. Zemiaky nemusia byť celkom prepečené, stačí im len asi 10 minút, aby získali peknú farbu. Formu na mafiny si vymastíme tukom /maslom, alebo olejom/ a asi do 1/3 naplníme opečenými zemiakmi. Vo väčšej mise si vyšľaháme vajcia a mlieko, pridáme soľ, nastrúhaný syr, nakrájaného lososa na kúsky a špenát. Vajíčkovú zmes vlejeme do formičiek na zemiakovú vrstvu a dáme piecť 200°C/20-25 minút.</span><br />
